Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver to pick, stage, and deliver automotive parts to pro customers in Mount Pleasant, SC. The role includes processing returns, distributing promotional flyers, and handling daily credit account collections.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, and help maintain store cleanliness and stock levels while engaging walk-in customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current promotions.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
