• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock integrity in the back and front areas.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
