Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Piedmont, SC is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, assist with promotions and help maintain inventory accuracy while building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to work a variety of shifts including weekends, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP with delivery insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
