Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. You will handle returns, promotions, and daily credit account activities, contributing to growth through upselling and strong customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, stocking, and engaging with customers to meet their needs.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
General stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts.
Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend products.
