Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive safely and navigate delivering parts.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value.
• Comfort working a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Knowledge of basic math for transactions and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
