Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a reliable driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting sales and loyalty programs. You will also collect payments, manage returns, and help maintain inventory in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, upselling, and accurate handling of parts and orders, with daily interaction with pro customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience in automotive parts or related sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
