Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, drop off sales flyers, and engage customers to promote loyalty programs and services.

You will be responsible for collecting credits, maintaining knowledge of inventory, and supporting upsell and cross-sell efforts while keeping the store clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, understand and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize inventory.
• Stock and rotate inventory; perform cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services.
