Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will build relationships with key pro customers and assist with upselling to raise average transaction value.

The role requires safe driving, inventory accuracy, and excellent customer service. You will work flexible days including weekends in a store environment with physical demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and parts catalogs.
• Able to use basic math for transactions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock inventory.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend parts or services.
