Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, and to handle returns while promoting sales and loyalty programs. You will collect credit accounts daily, stock and organize inventory, and engage walk-in customers with solutions to their needs.

The role requires safety discipline, valid driver’s license and reliable attendance. Experience in automotive parts is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required; you will work with the delivery board

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
