Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a dependable Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will collect returns, promote current sales and loyalty programs, and maintain accurate inventory while supporting store cleanliness and organization.

You will engage with customers, upsell and cross-sell products, and assist in stocking and inventory control. A valid driver’s license and basic math skills are required; automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license with clean record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and inventory accuracy.
• Operate inventory systems and stand up to physical demands.
