Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and policy execution according to Lowe’s guidelines.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Assist with large order fulfillment while preserving product quality and accuracy
• Gather and reposition carts; keep store and parking areas clean, organized, and safe
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management
• Operate store equipment as needed for specific roles such as Pro Desk or Garden Center
• Communicate stock and product information to customers and employees, offering project guidance
• Follow Lowe’s safety policies and procedures, including equipment operation and spotter use
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Loader role: support Pro customer relationships from arrival to order completion and assist with loading and fulfillment
• Garden Center role: assist loading and order completion, ensure order pickup readiness and safety
