Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or inputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs across the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately.
• Operate store equipment safely to move and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise.
• Assist with large order fulfillment and ensure product quality and accuracy.
