Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or software
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by applying Lowe’s policies, procedures, and programs
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise and answer questions
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance across the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise
• Support large order fulfillment while ensuring quality and accuracy
• Keep carts organized and maintain clean, safe work areas in store and parking lot
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management/Asset Protection
• Operate store equipment as needed for specific roles/departments (e.g., Zebra phone, copiers, CCTV)
• Communicate stock, product features, warranty and Lowe’s program information clearly to customers and coworkers
• Follow Lowe’s safety policies and spotter procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Loader-specific: engage Pro customers, support loading and order fulfillment, ensure Pro standards in parking lot, complete required training, load orders safely and accurately
• Garden Center-specific: assist loading, stay available for customer needs, complete training, and help staging orders for pickup
