Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring for a Loader/Customer Service role. You will assist customers, locate and load merchandise, support checkout and order fulfillment, and help maintain stock levels across the store.

In this role you’ll operate store equipment safely, respond to customer questions, and collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient service and high safety standards throughout the store environment.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with locating, selecting, and loading merchandise
• Assist with checkout, fulfillment, and various customer assistance tasks in-store
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately for pickup or delivery
• Move and load merchandise using store equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain in-stock conditions and assist with large order fulfillment
• Identify and report hazards or security concerns to management
