Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Loader to support loading, staging, and order fulfillment across the store, including Pro and Garden Center areas. You will assist customers and associates, ensure safe loading practices, and help keep product organized for pickup and delivery.

The role emphasizes reliable customer service, teamwork, and safety training with opportunities to grow within a large home improvement retailer.

Qualifications

6 months of computer usage including data entry, access, modify or output information.
6 months of using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
Collect carts and maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot.
Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management or Asset Protection.
