Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Loader role to support customer service, order fulfillment, and inventory tasks across store operations. You will assist customers, load merchandise, stock shelves, and help ensure efficient large-order processing while following Lowe’s safety policies.

The role requires basic computer use and familiarity with store technology, with opportunities to engage in Pro and Garden Center loading activities and safety training as part of continuous operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience or more.
• 6 months experience with common retail tech (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to obtain sales licensure/registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with locating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and general customer assistance needs in the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment and technologies safely (e.g., Zebra devices, CCTV, printers).
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Report safety hazards or security concerns to management or Asset Protection.
• Communicate product features, warranty, and Lowe’s program information to customers.
