Job summary

Lowe's in the United States is seeking a Loader to support Pro Desk, Garden Center, and general store operations. You will assist customers with loading, stocking, and preparing orders, while following Lowe’s safety policies and procedures.

The role emphasizes accurate loading, efficient service, and professional customer interactions across multiple departments. The position requires 6 months of basic computer and retail tech experience, plus the ability to use store equipment and heavy lifting

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic office software.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while answering questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
• Operate store equipment as needed in various roles and departments.
• Communicate product features, warranties, and Lowe’s programs to customers and employees.
