Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a team-oriented Loader for its Texas location to support customer service, stock management, and order fulfillment. You will assist customers, load merchandise, and ensure orders are prepared safely and accurately.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for input and data retrieval.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Assist with checkout, fulfillment, and general store assistance.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment and respond to stock needs while following safety procedures.
• Identify and report safety hazards or security concerns to management or Asset Protection.
