Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate store equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with loading large orders and ensuring product quality and safety.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
• Load customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size, weight, and fulfillment needs.
• Support Pro and Garden Center loading areas as applicable.
