Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Asheville, NC is seeking a Loader to provide customer service and support with loading merchandise and orders. You will assist customers, stock and stage products, and help across checkout and fulfillment throughout the store.

The role requires safety awareness, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate power equipment. You will help stock, stage orders, and ensure accurate loading for Pro and Garden Center customers.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Load customer vehicles for large or complex orders
• Support the Pro and Garden Center loading areas as needed
