Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Lexington, SC is hiring for a Loader role focused on customer service, loading and order fulfillment across Pro and Garden Center areas.

You will assist customers with loading, maintain safety standards, and support large, high-quality orders while staying engaged with Pro customers and ensuring accurate order completion. You will operate store equipment, follow Lowe’s safety policies, and help keep the shopping environment clean and safe.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance across the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate store equipment and store technology safely for loading merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
• Collect carts and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns
• Engage Pro customers at loading area, assist with loading, staging, and order fulfillment
• Ensure Pro standards in parking lot and under Pro canopy, and support enrollment in Pro Rewards/Pro Credit
• Load customer vehicles using proper techniques and ensure orders are loaded accurately
• Assist in Garden Center and loading area to support customer needs and order completion
