Job summary

Responsibilities include using power equipment safely, replenishing stock, and coordinating with store teams to ensure timely pickup. The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and reliable support for large orders.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to customers and associate questions
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Completes required power equipment and spotter training to support safe and efficient loading practices
• Loads customer vehicles using proper techniques based on order size, weight, and fulfillment needs
• Remains visible and available to support customers in the loading areas and canopy
• Partners with department supervisors to ensure orders are staged and ready for pickup
