Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer for input/output tasks.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise and answers questions.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment and customer assistance throughout the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operates store equipment and uses power equipment safely for loading merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions by restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management.
