Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader to support service and loading operations across Pro and Garden Center areas. You will assist customers with loading, help fulfill large orders, and maintain safe, organized workspaces while following Lowe’s safety policies.

Responsibilities include loading customer vehicles, stocking merchandise, and using store technology per policy. Prioritize accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with loading customer vehicles; ensure orders loaded accurately and safely.
• Support Pro and Garden Center loading areas and order fulfillment where needed.
