Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Chattanooga, TN is looking for a Loader who excels in customer service and efficient order fulfillment. You will assist customers, locate and load merchandise, and support checkout and store operations.

You’ll operate power equipment, maintain stock levels, and help with large or contractor orders while upholding safety and accuracy standards across the store.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through the execution of Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to customers and associate questions
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintains in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
