As a Loader, you will assist customers, operate store equipment, and support Pro and Garden Center loading areas. Requires basic computer experience and willingness to complete required training; starting pay varies by location and experience.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Reload carts and maintain clean, safe work areas in-store and parking lot.
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns.
