Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Tennessee is seeking a Loader to support customer service, order fulfillment, and loading across departments. You’ll assist customers with locating and loading merchandise, prepare orders for delivery or pickup, and help maintain store hygiene and stock levels.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot.
