Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Tennessee is seeking a Loader to assist customers, load merchandise, and support order fulfillment in a fast-paced home improvement store. You will help customers locate and move items, and coordinate with Pro and Garden Center loading areas to ensure smooth service.

You’ll use power equipment and store tech safely, maintain stock, and contribute to accurate, timely order completion while following Lowe’s safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting and retrieving data.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones/tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months retail experience and familiarity with loading/unloading products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Collect carts and keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Identify and report safety hazards or security concerns to management.
• Operate store equipment as needed for loading and order completion.
