Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking staff to provide high-quality customer service, assist shoppers with product selection, loading, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced home improvement environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in order preparation, and proactive support across Pro and Garden Center areas.

The position includes loading merchandise, operating store equipment safely, and maintaining organized, clean work areas while responding to customer needs and questions.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while responding promptly to questions.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy.
