Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assists customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise while answering questions.
• Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs across the store.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Uses power equipment and store tech safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintains in-stock conditions through down stocking and replenishment.
• Supports large order fulfillment with accuracy and product quality.
• Collects carts and keeps work areas in store and parking lot clean and safe.
• Identifies and reports safety hazards, theft, and security concerns.
• Operates store equipment as required by department.
• Communicates product features, warranty, and Lowe's programs to customers.
