Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loader in California to assist customers, load merchandise, and support store operations. You will help customers locate and carry items, participate in checkout and fulfillment tasks, and maintain orderly, safe work areas.

This role emphasizes responsive service, safe equipment operation, and collaboration with the Pro and Garden Center areas to handle large or complex orders.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones, tablets, etc.).
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies.
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance across the store.
