Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Raynham, MA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers, stock and load merchandise, and support checkout and order fulfillment.

You will engage with Pro and Garden Center operations as applicable, follow safety policies, and help maintain clean, organized store environments while delivering knowledge-based service. The role offers the potential for full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Customer Service and support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Use power equipment and store technology safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Support large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management
• Operate store equipment as needed
• Communicate product information and Lowe’s programs to customers and employees
• Follow Lowe’s safety policies and procedures
