You will help customers load merchandise, stage orders, and ensure accurate fulfillment while maintaining safety and organization in the store. Responsibilities include assisting customers with loading, supporting checkout and fulfillment needs, and operating store equipment safely to move goods.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise; respond promptly to questions
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance across the store
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate power equipment and store technology safely to move, stage, and load merchandise
• Maintain in-stock conditions by restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Support large order fulfillment while ensuring product quality and accuracy
• Assist with provisioning of carts and keeping work areas clean, organized and safe
• Identify and report safety hazards, theft, and security concerns to management or Asset Protection
