Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers, understand project needs, and drive sales growth. You will create quotes, plans, and orders while promoting loyalty programs and coordinating deliveries.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, knowledge of products, and collaboration with store teams to deliver a seamless shopping experience for Pro accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in external customer-facing sales or retail is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with ability to identify and sell products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers and growing sales.
• Understand Pro customers' project needs and timelines to provide solutions.
• Create quotes, blueprints, material lists, and manage orders and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to drive pro accounts and tickets.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to complete projects on time.
• Prospect new Pro customers by walking the sales floor and reviewing Top Accounts.
• Leverage Pro Merchandising and Extended Aisle to win sales when stock is limited.
• Partner with salesfloor, fulfillment, and outside sales teams for a seamless experience.
• Maintain a clean Pro Desk area and support store operations.
• Utilize Lowe’s U training to stay updated and improve selling skills.
