Job summary

ETS Performance is actively seeking a PRO ATHLETE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING DIRECTOR to lead elite training programs and grow our sports performance operations. After an initial training period at our Minnesota headquarters, there may be opportunities to direct our Charlotte facility.

The role targets coaches with experience coaching high-level athletes and a passion for youth, college, and pro sports. Competitive compensation up to $150,000+ with benefits and relocation options.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching high-level athletes in sports performance.
• Willing to relocate or work across multiple US locations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead training programs for pro and developing athletes.
• Oversee performance coaching and client development.
• Collaborate with ATS partners and facility leadership to drive growth.
