The Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for PRN weekend staffing to support our rehab program in Goodlettsville, TN.
The PT will assess referred patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, educate patients and families, and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, while collaborating with the care team to deliver patient-centered care within a long-term care setting.
Formación
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
