Zusammenfassung

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for PRN weekend staffing. The PT will assess referred patients needing rehabilitation, develop and oversee treatment plans, and supervise PT Assistants as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, educating families, and ensuring compliant, high-quality care aligned with physician direction. Geriatric care experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/PT).
• Must hold a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Oversee and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation skills and accurate charting.
