• Schedule: 36 Hours/Week


• Shift: Days | 5:30 AM - 6:00 PM


• Department: Pre-Op


• Weekend & Holiday: Required


• Location: Phoenix, AZ


• Travel Requirement: Must live 50+ miles from the assignment location. Local candidates are not accepted.
