Job summary

Good Samaritan in Miller, SD is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care across resident care settings, using the nursing process and collaborating with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team.

This PRN position requires 3 months LT care experience (6 months preferred), a current RN license, and ability to travel within 75 miles of permanent address; benefits include premium pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age; unencumbered RN license in state of practice.
• Multistate licensure acceptable per NLC.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise delegated tasks.
