Good Samaritan in Miller, SD seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care across all care phases. The RN collaborates with residents, families and the interdisciplinary team to assess needs, plan care, and evaluate outcomes.

The role may serve as charge nurse and requires delegation within scope of practice. A 3+ month experience in long-term care is preferred, with scheduling of at least 30 hours per month and one weekend shift monthly.

Formación

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing and maintains required competencies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents following the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care plans, resident assessments, and education.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
