Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Miller, SD facility to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. The role requires a nursing license and prior LTC experience, with travel to support multiple local locations within a 75-mile radius of the permanent address.

We offer premium pay rates, weekend and evening/night shift differentials, and a minimum commitment of 30 hours per month with at least one weekend shift per month.

Qualifications

• 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred).
• Licensed Practical Nurse license is required; multi-state licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs and ensure safety.
