Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at Miller, SD to deliver individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and the care team to plan and evaluate care across all phases.

The role requires 3 months in long-term care (6 months preferred), a valid RN license, and compliance with the facility's drug screen and background checks. This position offers premium pay and flexible PRN scheduling.

Competenze

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum age 18.
• Current unencumbered RN license with state board licensure or multi-state license where applicable.
• Drug screen and pre-employment background screening as condition of employment.

Mansioni

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
