Good Samaritan in Miller, SD is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN scheduling to provide individualized nursing care to residents. You will apply the nursing process, assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team.

The role may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while ensuring safe, quality care and adherence to state nurse practice standards.

Qualificações

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multi-state licensure in an NLC state.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team; ensure safe, quality care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff within scope of practice.
