Job summary

Good Samaritan in Miller, SD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care in our long-term care setting. Under supervision of a registered nurse or physician, you will administer medications, perform treatments, and participate in care planning for residents.

This PRN role requires 3 months of LTC experience (6 months preferred), a valid LPN license, and willingness to travel up to 75 miles. Premium pay: $10/hr, plus weekend and evening/night differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must be 18+ and hold an active LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
