Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized resident care.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team; plan, implement and evaluate care beyond daily tasks.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe, reliable care.
