Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a Part-Time Float RN for a network of ambulatory surgery centers. The role offers full benefits, a travel stipend, paid holidays and PTO, with no nights, no weekends, and no call.

You’ll provide nursing care across centers, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, diverse case mix, and opportunities for professional growth while maintaining work‑life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing, or higher.
• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification required within 90 days if ASC pediatrics is assigned.

Aufgaben

• Assesses patient needs across physical, psychological, social and educational domains.
• Formulates and updates a plan of care with realistic, measurable goals.
• Implements and coordinates care, following physician orders and policy.
• Evaluates patient progress and adjusts care with the health team.
• Documents care accurately in the patient record and communicates status to the team.
• Contributes to quality improvement and supports peer education when appropriate.
