Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments and plan care per age and condition.
• Monitor patient responses to care and communicate progress to team and families.
• Supervise care activities and provide feedback on performance to maintain safety and standards.
• Orient new staff and patients to unit processes and hospital systems.
• Collaborate with care team to implement the care plan and coordinate rounds.
