Good Samaritan in Atkinson, NE seeks a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting under RN supervision. You will assist with daily living activities, vitals, and documentation, ensuring infection prevention standards and quality care.

This PRN role requires 3 months LTC experience (6 months preferred) and CNA certification, with a high school diploma or GED preferred. Diverse shifts and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred).
• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, vitals, and psychosocial support.
• Assist in transferring, repositioning, walking, ROM and passive exercises; aid in meals and dining.
• Document resident interactions and changes; communicate care needs to charge nurse; participate in wellness programs.
