Good Samaritan in Atkinson, NE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents across shifts. You will work with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care, while upholding nursing standards and ethical guidelines.

The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree (BSN preferred), and at least 3 months in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs.
• 3 months experience in Long Term Care required (6 months preferred).
• Must obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
• Maintain compliance with Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
