Job summary

Bluegrass Care Navigators is seeking a PRN PACE Transportation Driver to support Kentuckians aged 55+ in the Lexington (LEX) and Frankfort (FFT) regions. The role focuses on direct transportation to the PACE Center, medical appointments, and other destinations as part of a collaborative team.

Candidates must have a Kentucky driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience, a GED, CPR certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• :Must have Kentucky driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience
• Minimum one year of work experience transporting passengers
• No positive drug or alcohol test including pre-employment, random, post-accident, or reasonable suspicion
• No DUI in previous 5 years in transportation role

Responsibilities

• Safely transport PACE participants to and from destinations
• Interact professionally with participants, caregivers, and staff
• Maintain accurate trip records and participant information
• Follow program policies and safety guidelines
